ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Sports Media,
Inc.! Sports Media, provides its service to you,
subject to the following Terms of Service, which may
be updated by us from time to time without notice to
you. You can review the most current version of the
Terms of Service at any time below. In addition,
when using particular SportsMedia.org. services, you
and Sports Media shall be subject to any posted
guidelines or rules applicable to such services
which may be posted from time to time. All such
guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by
reference into the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy
and Conditions of Use.
CONTRIBUTIONS
All moneys collected by Sports Media,
Inc on behalf of charities will be considered a tax
deductible charitable contribution, (consult a tax
attorney or a CPA). The charity selected by the
Sports Team, Corporate Partner shall be responsible
for the delivery of a receipt to that party by
e-mail or U.S. Postal mail service.
REPLICA DELIVERY
Replica delivery shall be made at the
same time the stadium cupholders/or banner ads are
installed in the venue. Replicas are produced at the
same time as the stadium cupholders.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
By directing Sports Media, Inc to
charge your credit card you authorize Sports Media,
Inc to charge the designated account the amount of
funds required to complete the assigned transaction.
In case of errors or questions
concerning the transaction, contact Sports media,
Inc at
www.sportsmedia.org or Sports media, Inc. 520
Eighth Street, Silvis, IL. 61282. Sports Media must
hear from you within 60 days from the date of the
transaction to which a problem occurred. Please tell
us your name and the account number of your credit
card used to complete the transaction and explain
why you believe there is an error, and tell us the
dollar amount of such error. Sports Media, Inc will
tell you the result of our investigation within Ten
(10) business days after receiving your written
correspondence. If we decide there has been an error
we will correct the error promptly and credit your
account in the full amount in question.
All of your information and
transactions are securely protected by encryption.
Sports Media, Inc uses the highest standards of
encryption available, including the use of secure
Sockets Layer Technology.
SEAT SELECTION
Season Ticket Holders and Corporate
Sponsors are given a 14-day first right of refusal
to select designated seats. Once this 14-day right
of first refusal deadline has passed you may select
a designated seat if still available. Seat
selections are drawn at random and the venues are
filled from the lower seating areas to the upper
levels.
NAME APPROVAL
Sports Media, Inc reserves the right
to approve any and all names used in the “Cupholders
for Charity” program. No slang, illegal, obscene,
threatening or defamatory words will be allowed to
be printed on a Cupholder or Replica.
